ST. FRANCIS HOME. Although once a name given to the former JESSE P. FARLEY MANSION, the St. Francis Home name was again applied to a building in Dubuque on March 31, 1905. Father Theodore Warning, Chaplain of the Franciscan Sisters, dedicated St. Francis Home, Davis and Windsor Avenues, for the elderly and retired.
