Kolfenbach, Edgar C. (Dubuque, IA, June 25, 1919--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 6, 1993). Priest. In his years of religious service, Kolfenbach counted among his assignments secretary to Archbishop Henry R. ROHLMAN (1952), deanery moderator of the Lansing Deanery Council of Catholic Women (1970) and the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women (1971), and the archdiocesan director of the Holy Name Society (1972). He was active in the Right to Life Movement and, for a number of years, was a member of the Archdiocesan Cemetery Association.
