GILLOON, Arthur F. (Dubuque, IA-- ). Gilloon, a partner in the Dubuque law firm of Gilloon, Wright & Hamel, P.C., is a 1975 honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1978 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts in Iowa, the State Courts of Wisconsin, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Gilloon was a founding board member of DUBUQUE COUNTY RIGHT TO LIFE, INC., and is a member of Dubuque County Right To Life's Speaker's Bureau. He speaks on a wide variety of topics related to life issues.
