ZIEPPRECHT BUILDING. Constructed in 1888, the building was later used for many years as the site of the Walsh Store.
The building was purchased by DUBUQUE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY and through a massive program of restoration was restored. In 2008 the building was being used as offices for the bank.
