YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS OF TOMORROW (YET). Announced in 2100, the program would aid efforts at reaching at-risk students from the ages of 16-20. Started by Nancy Harrington-Chartier, the project was organized in cooperation with the Northeast Iowa Community College.

Students in the targeted age group would work 10-20 hours per week as an apprentice at minimum wage for an area business. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the employer would offer the student full employment and restart the process.
