WS Live, LLC According to Bloomberg Business Week in 2014, the company provided inbound and outbound customer sales and support, membership, and market research services through contact centers in Iowa. It offered digital recording, agent routing, remote monitoring, third-party transfer, real-time reporting, predictive dialing, interactive voice response, fax, email, and chat services; and sales and order entry, member retention, lead generation and database development, and quantitative data collection services. In 2006 the company acquired most of the operations of ADVANCED DATA-COMM. INC. (1)
In 2009 the company moved into the renovated INTERSTATE POWER COMPANY building. (2) Under its original obligation to the city, the company was obligated to create 14 jobs by 2013. This was reduced in 2008 to seven due to the loss of one of the company's major customers. Hiring began in Dubuque in 2009 and some workers were planned to be transferred from its Superior, Wisconsin location. (3)
In 2015 WS Live purchased Bolder Thinking Communications, of Fargo, North Dakota and changed the corporate name to HUMACH, a combination of “human” and “machine.” (4)
