WILLIAM WALLACE. The 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory listed the south side of 1st 2 east of Locust.

The 1874-1875 through 1880 Dubuque City Directory listed 114 1st.

As a bartender, Wallace drew crowds to his exhibit of a two-tailed, four-winged, and four legged chicken exhibited in a jar of "spirits." (1)
