WESTON MINING COMPANY. The Weston Mining Company was incorporated in August, 1906 and capitalized at $20,000 and was to start mining with $2,000 shares of stock were sold. (1) The company began operating in September, 1906. (2) The company was operated by "Bob" Weston, a local fireman, in association with several other firemen. They mined in the Pike's Peak region about five miles southwest of the city of Dubuque. (3)
