WESTERN BREWERY SALOON. An announcement was made on November 2, 1892 that the summer hall of the brewery had been enclosed so that it could be used for parties and public meetings. Water was being "introduced" to the building which would be heated with stoves. (1)

The 1861 advertisement indicates the saloon was located on Main Street. It was also there in 1860.

The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory listed 1105 Julien.
