WALLER, Austin Cooper (Dubuque, IA, Oct. 29, 1884--Chevy Chase, MD, Apr. 25, 1966) Waller's mother was a granddaughter of Augustine A. COOPER. Austin C. Waller founded the FEDERAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY in Dubuque at Ninth Main STREETS.

He and his brother John Waller left Dubuque around the time of WORLD WAR I. They settled in Washington, D.C. and established the acw Bank with John serving as president and A.C. as secretary. (1)
