UDULUTCH, Marie
UDULUTCH, Marie. (Omaha, NB- ). Udulutch was the owner, publisher, and editor of JULIEN'S JOURNAL. She was a recipient in November 1987, of a Women of Achievement Award from the YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (Y.W.C.A.)
After two years of study at CLARKE COLLEGE, Udulutch graduated from Marquette University and returned to Dubuque to teach in the public schools. She was the news director of KCLN Radio in Clinton and publisher/editor of a weekly newspaper in Madison, Wisconsin, from 1969 until 1974.
In 1975 she created Julien’s Journal with five thousand dollars and expanded it from sixteen pages to a fifty-six page publication.
