The company opened its first Dubuque office for eighty employees in 2006. In 2014 the number of employees had risen to over 500 with an estimated 300 housed in one of the company's national call centers at the DUBUQUE TECHNOLOGY PARK. The local employment mirrored international growth at Sedgwick's facilities in Canada and the United Kingdom which nearly doubled from 2006-2014 increasing from 6,000 to more than 12,000.
