SCHLOTH BROS. AND GRAY. Schloth Bros. and Gray were manufacturers of Caledonia Oatmeal and kiln-dried cornmeal. The company was located at the foot of Eleventh Street in 1879.
In 1880 the company was shipping 40,000 pounds of oatmeal each week to Scotland. (1)
