ReEVOLUTION FARMS. Inspired by the book Market Gardener which described gardening methods pioneered by Jean-Marie Fortier, Sean and Korris Schriver began ReEvolution Farms in 2019. The goal was to establish a family business that gave back to the community. Beginning with the traditional farm of the soil, the business soon included an indoor vertical hydroponic facility with plans to include commercial-sized hydroponic and aquaponic systems. (1)

, A partnership was developed with WAHLERT CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL, the farm offers a for credit Urban Agriculture program for Wahlert students. Plans call for developing the farms into a source for locally grown produce to be used in schools, restaurants, restaurants, and grocery stores. (2)

The farms are located on the former athletic fields located behind HOLY GHOST CATHOLIC CHURCH. About half of the land was retained for the use of local residents for their own gardens.

Beginning in 2024 the Schrivers had a permanent site at the Winter Market held at KENNEDY MALL. Among the items for sale were kale, sweet potatoes, and garlic.
