RUBIN-CHERRY EXPOSITION SHOWS. This circus of 18 rides, 20 tent theaters, and 632 employees played a seven day show in Dubuque in June, 1940. It was sponsored by the DUBUQUE TRADES AND LABOR CONGRESS and set up at MELODY MILL.
