R. S. MERRILL. Merrill was one of the founders of the DUBUQUE ART ASSOCIATION and served as its secretary in 1874. (1)
The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the northeast corner of 8th and Main.
The 1874-1875 through 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the southwest corner of 6th and Main.
