POWERS LAND COMPANY. In 1977 the City Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on the petition of the company to rezone for an Office-Residential District zoning on their property located on the east side of John F. Kennedy Road north of Foothill Drive west of Pasadena Drive extension and south of the city Fire Station. (1)
