PETER HOLZ. The 1858-1859 and 1859-60 Dubuque City Directory listed 18th between White and Clay.
The 1861 Dubuque City Directory listed "18th."
The 1865 through 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located on the southeast corner of 18th and Clay.
The 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory listed the south side of 18th 2 east of Clay.
The 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory placed the company, grocer, at 440 18th.
The 1874-75 through 1880 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 428 18th.
