PERPETUAL MOTION DUBUQUE. A program produced by the City of Dubuque Cable TV Division captures contemporary life in Dubuque with video shot from a camera that was constantly turning. "Perpetual Motion Dubuque" was shot over the course of 2019 and incorporates ten Eve TRIEM poems plus a section of the 1956 recording of her reading her Dubuque poems.

Except for three drone shots, this video was shot with a GoPro camera slowly turning in a 360-degree circle. The camera starts turning at the beginning of the video and doesn't stop until the final few seconds (hence the "perpetual motion"). In the three drone shots, the drone is circling in the air above its subject.
