P. SPECHT. The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave the address for this business, a crockery/glassware retailer, as Couler Avenue at the northeast corner of Eagle Point Avenue. It was also listed as a flour and feed provider or a grocer although an address was not given.

The 1870-1871 through 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located on the northeast corner of Eagle Point Avenue and Couler.

The 1874-1875 through 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as 2180 Couler Avenue.

According to the 1883 Dubuque City Directory, this business, a tavern, was located at 2184 Couler Avenue.
