O'BRIEN BLOCK. Located from 1108-1134 Locust Street, this unique type of rowhouse was constructed with individual units with a common wall serving each two units instead of one large composite building.

Senator William Boyd ALLISON lived in 1132. The building is mostly in FEDERAL STYLE ARCHITECTURE and was constructed in the mid-1850s.
