MORRISON AND SAGE
MORRISON AND SAGE. In November 1865 the Dubuque Herald announced that Morrison and Sage had organized for business and were ordering lumber for the construction of their business at 9th and Clay. Morrison had a reputation for boiler manufacturing in Dubuque. Sage had worked for the railroad and H. Rouse. (1)
The 1865 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 9th and Clay.
