MIKE FINNIN MOTORS INC. Mike Finnin opened a car dealership in Dubuque in 1979. In 1992 he announced that a deal had just been made to purchased the 73-year-old Chrysler, Plymouth dealership operated by TEGELER'S INC. Finnin announced that he would open a 5,000-square-foot new sales facility at 4355 Dodge St. for Chrysler, Plymouth, and Jeep-Eagle new and used vehicles. (1)
