MCDERMOTT, Joseph. (Dubuque, IA, Dec. 1878--Los Angeles, CA, Mar. 6, 1923). McDermott was known for roles in "His Brother's Keeper" (1915), "A Difference of Opinion" (1915) and "The Sheriff's Story" (1915). (1)

Active during the silent era of film, McDermott performed in seventy-six films between 1912 and 1923. (2)
