LAPHAM, William B. (Unknown--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 17, 1891). From 1877 to 1879, William Lapham played in the minor leagues. He hit .197 for the Guelph Maple Leafs the first year, played for the Lynn Live Oaks/Worcester in 1878 and for the Dubuque Red Stockings in 1879.

He managed the Dubuque Giants for the latter part of the 1890 season.
