KRETSCHMER, Frederick H. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 2, 1906--Rochester, MN, May 9, 1962). The owner of the Kretscher Insurance Agency, Frederick graduated from the University of Chicago. Returning to Dubuque, he was treasurer of MIDLAND CHEMICAL LABORATORIES.
Active in the community, Kretschmer was a member of the board of FINLEY HOSPITAL (THE), a trustee of MOUNT PLEASANT HOME, and a former president of the DUBUQUE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB.
