KINSELLA, William Joseph "Bill." (Dubuque County, IA, Oct. 3, 1929--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 25, 2013). The son of William "Willie" and Margaret "Babe" (Reddin) Kinsella, Bill served in the military from 1951-1953 during the KOREAN CONFLICT. He married Patricia Pink at St. Clement's Church, Lancaster, Wisconsin in 1955.
Employed by the Milwaukee, Soo Railroad for over 40 years, he then started several businesses including owning and managing the Kinsella Senior Apartments with his wife for thirty-nine years. He was a member of the Dubuque Area Landlords Association and served on the housing code board of appeals for the city of Dubuque for many years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #6 for over 50 years and received special recognition for his involvement. His travels took him to six continents. Being a member of Friendship Force Exchange provided an opportunity to travel and host friends from New Zealand, with whom they kept in annual contact.
