KENNEDY CIRCLE SHOPPING CENTER. Kennedy Circle, fronted by Kennedy Road and bordered by "Hillcrest Road on the north and the Carter Road area on the south," was expected to announce its tenants and begin construction in March 1970. The site was being developed by Richard V. Hansel of Hillcrest Investments Inc. and two Chicago firms.
