KAPP, Milton L. (Galena, KS--Dubuque, IA, June 20, 1981). Kapp joined INTERSTATE POWER COMPANY in 1939 and retired as its chief executive. In 1950 while executive vice-president of the company, he was elected president of the Iowa Utilities Association. (1)
Kapp was a director of AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, A.Y.MCDONALD MANUFACTURING COMPANY, and the UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE. He held the presidency of the Northeast Iowa Boy Scout Council and Rotary. A chairman of the Community Chest, Kapp was the recipient of an honorary law degree from LORAS COLLEGE.
