JUNIOR CHAMBER INTERNATIONAL (JCI) SENATORSHIP. The Senatorship is the highest international award a Jaycee can receive in conjunction with a life membership in the Jaycees. The award is given to honor the Jaycee member for outstanding service to the local, national, and international Jaycees. In Dubuque the award has been presented to Harry Shetler, Arnold N. HONKAMP, Tom Pins, David CLEMENS, Mike Murwin, Terry Norton, David Morris, David Wagner, Steve Launspach, Gary King, Steve Kennedy, and Brian Fuller.
