JACOB ROESNER. The 1886-87 Dubuque City Directory listed 1091 White.
In October 1892 he opened a bar at the corner of 12th and Washington STREETS by offering a lunch and cigars. (1)
The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory listed a boarding house at 971 Iowa.
