IOWA GASOLINE FIRE ENGINE COMPANY. Incorporated on November 8, 1895, the company was formed to manufacture, buy and sell gasoline engines, pumps, and fire engines. The president of the company was W. J. McCollum. Capitalized at $50,000, the company began in business with its manufacturing done by NOVELTY IRON WORKS.
