IBI SCIENTIFIC. A start-up company with five employees in Peosta in 2004, IBI was founded by John Stork and Patrick Mueller. Since moving to Dubuque in 2017, the company was operating out of a 20,000 square-foot facility at 7445 Chavenelle Road Dubuque.

IBI manufactured and distributed life science lab equipment and reagents for customers in national and international markets. Customers included governments, businesses, and educational institutions.
