HEFFRON, E. J. (TED). (Dubuque, IA-- ). In 1958 Heffron accepted the position of country public affairs officer and attache at the American Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaya. In his position he supervised the dissemination of United States information concerning farm policies, custons, economy and graditions. In 1956 he served in a similar position in Brazil.
