HAFNER, Conrad
HAFNER, Conrad (Byrne, Germany, Sept. 2, 1852--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 17, 1930). Hafner emigrated to the United States in 1873 and came to Dubuque the following year. He opened his own butcher shop in 1877. In 1880 it was listed at 1427 Jackson Street.
He married Miss Lizzie Singer, from Dubuque, on October 12, 1877.
