Grutz, Lawrence P. (Dubuque, IA, Feb. 15, 1910---Dubuque, IA, Mar. 8, 1994). Labor leader. Employed at KLAUER MANUFACTURING COMPANY before his retirement, Grutz was secretary of the Dubuque Metal Trades and a former president of the Dubuque Federation of Labor and the Machinists Local.
