ERWIN AND WOOD. Prior to December 1893, Captain M. E. Erwin and Nathan Wood established a business selling logs and manufacturing lumber. On December 21, 1893 the company capitalized at $30,000 was incorporated. Directors included Edwin W. ALBEE, Marshall M. WALKER, Robert BONSON, Erwin and Wood.
