DUBUQUE GOLD MINING COMPANY. On January 25, 1860 Alexander LEVI announced as president of the business that the Dubuque Gold Mining Company had been organized. The company's business was the mining, quarts (sic) crushing and obtaining of GOLD from mines around Pike's Peak, in the Territory of Kansas. The company issued capital stock valued to ten thousand dollars.
