DUBUQUE CIGAR COMPANY. P. H. Schneider, of Manchester, opened the Dubuque Cigar Company in January, 1892. It was originally located in the Melchior Building on Fifth Street between Iowa and Clay.
The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory listed 2812 Jackson.
