DENNIS, William S. (Warren, IL, Jan. 1, 1863--Unknown). Dennis remained in school until the age of seventeen and then continued his education at the BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE. He entered the business of milling until 1882 when he formed a partnership with Thomas WATTERS.

The firm of WATTERS & DENNIS was still in business in 1894 as a wholesale flour and feed business. It was later called DENNIS BROS. COMPANY.
