DEMING, L. B. (Keokuk, IA,--Dubuque, IA, Oct. 30, 1967). A graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Deming practiced in Dubuque for forty-seven years.
He was a life-long member of the Dubuque Conservation Society and a past president of the Northeast Iowa Chiropractic Society. Active in Boy Scouting for many years, he was a former Dubuque Boy Scout Commissioner. He was also past president of the Northeast Iowa Chiropractic Society.
