CLARK AND SCOTT. The 1865 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 8th and Washington.

The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the southeast corner of 8th and Washington.

In 1876 the firm of Clark, Rickard and Company succeeded Clark and Scott. The successor company composed of W. R. Clark, J. Rickard, and A. B. Cartin, and Christian LOETSCHER, were also the proprietors of the KEY CITY PLANING COMPANY. (1)
