CHAPMAN, Cecil Bayless. (Dubuque, IA, Mar. 22, 1877--Minneapolis, MN, Aug. 27, 1918) Chapman became a member of the Minnesota Chapter, American Institute of Architects in 1912 and served as its secretary-treasurer in 1916, continuing in that office until his death. He became a member of the American Institute of Architects in 1915.
