CARING TRANSITIONS OF EASTERN IOWA. Caring Transitions, was a full-service relocation company that moved clients out of their old location and into another. The business primarily focused on older adults. Among items of such clients are those which are no longer used but which would be marketable to the general public. These end up in multi-family estate sales hosted in Dubuque with proceeds divided between the company and the customers.
Once located behind KENNEDY MALL, the company relocated in October, 2021 to the former site of Joann Fabric Store at 555 John F. Kennedy Road. The first estate sale was planned for October 15-16th, 2021. Eventually Caring Transitions planned to establish a permanent shop within a portion of the store with regular hours for customers to examine specific items.
