BRADLEY BLOCK. The Bradley Block was constructed across from the DUBUQUE CUSTOM HOUSE AND POST OFFICE in 1866. The contract for the carpenter work was awarded to Henderson & Wilbur, the brick work to Wood & Sells and the plastering to W. C. Wilkerson.
