ARTISTIC CLEANERS. Established in 1947, Artistic Cleaners from 1948 through 1987 was located at 83 Locust. Their slogan was "The Man Who Knows How."
The 1989 Dubuque City Directory through 2013 Yellowbook listed the company at 107 Locust. In 1993 the name was Artistic Cleaning Inc.
