ALBRECHT, George. (Saukville, Ozaukee Co. WI, Nov. 21, 1857--1948). A dealer in fresh and salted meats at No. 111 Julien Avenue, Albrecht grew up and attended school in Saukville and came to Dubuque in 1879. (1) He rented the meat business of Schloth Brothers, but returned the business to the previous owners after six months. (2) Albrecht then entered the oat meal business.
