AGARD AND LABARGE. The store owned by John T. LaBarge and Alvin A. Agard was established at 651 Main in 1905. There was a billiard room in the rear of the store with five pool and billiard tables. In addition, there were three bowling alleys. (1)

The 1909 Dubuque City Directory through the 1922 Dubuque Telephone Directory stated that this business was located at 651 Main.
