WILLIAM BECK AND BROTHER. In 1877 the Dubuque Herald carried an advertisement for the company that billiards had been reduced to 15 cents per game or 40 cents for an hour. Pool was 5 cents per cue.
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed 789 Main.
