Turner, Jay W. (Dubuque, IA, Dec. 4, 1953--- ). Director of Clinical Chaplaincy, Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Educated at the University of Iowa and Boston University School of Theology, Turner was endorsed as a chaplain in a general hospital setting by the Division of Chaplains, Board of Education of the United Methodist Church in 1986.

Following further certification, Turner served as the Chaplain Supervisor from 1991 to 1993 and then became the Director at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center. In 1993, Turner was a member of the Health and Welfare Committee, Board of Global Ministries, Iowa Annual Conference. In 1994, he was a resource person for "Education on Power and Sexual Abuse."
